Yes.  We want to be your "one stop shop" for Christmas lights.  We provide the lights, extension cords, timers, and mounting clips, for our new customers.  All items are yours to keep.  Upon removal, we provide you with a tote or basket to keep your items for the following year. 

Yes.  Our detailed estimate would have the removal fee listed seperately.  We usually begin removals on the first weekend of January.  Rest assured, if we installed your lights,...we will remove them.

Yes, for the first year, if we provide the lights.  After the first year, we can place your home on a maintenance schedule for an additional fee.  However, we will replace burned out bulbs during installation.

In most cases, that should not be a problem.  However, some companies remove all connections from the cable, so no other company can re-install.  Also, if the cable is damaged or spliced, we will not install due to liability issues, in this case we can provide you with an estimate for new installation if you choose to use our service.

In the State of Texas, electrical contractors must be licensed.  However, we are not an electrical contractor, nor are we required to be licensed to install temporary Christmas lighting. 

If you have contacted your installer and they refuse to come and remove your lights, we may be able to assist, however we would need to evaluate each home and location on an individual basis (currently we are only assisting in a few neighborhoods, also depending on the installation type).  These removals generally will be in early to mid February, once all of our regular customers' lights have been removed.
